  • Blender


  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk, regular milk, or fruit juice of your choice
  • 1 large handful microgreens
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional) or sweetener of your choice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly.


Add protein powder or nut butters for additional protein. 
Add riced cauliflower for additional bulk without a lot of added calories.
