Ingredients

For the Bulgogi

  • 1 bottle Bibigo BBQ Marinade & Sauce this will marinate 5 pounds of protein
  • 1 pound steak sliced thinly and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon oil for stir-frying the meat. I also add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil for flavor.

For the Fries

  • 1 bag waffle fries or your favorite french fries. A sturdy thick fry will work best.
  • 1 cup kimchi roughly chopped
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce or dip purchased
  • ½ cup green onion sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions

For the Bulgogi

  • Marinate the thinly sliced and cubed steak for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a large pan or wok on high, add vegetable oil (and sesame oil if you have it), and stir fry until the meat is crisp on the edges and caramelized.

Fries

  • Prepare the fries according to package directions. I use our air-fryer.
  • Warm the queso and chop the other ingredients.
  • Arrange the fries on a large platter or serving plates.
Top with the bulgogi, kimchi, queso, green onion, cilantro, and sesame seeds (optional).
